In this digital world, we often overlook the analog. Arguably one of the most important inventions in recent times, video is an especially poignant example of this. Beams of energy being moved so fast they trick our brain into seeing moving images, single waveforms containing enough information to make an intelligible picture. The fundamentals here are not often seen or messed with, hidden under the things we see on our screens. But what happens when we gain control of these, when we break open the closed standards that make up the backbone of information and misinformation? Who is going to maintain this knowledge, and pass it on?

I explore these topics with no specific subject matter in mind, choosing instead to let my synthesizer and the electrons speak for themselves; hypnotizing colors and textures dancing on the screen, and I invite you to join in my explorations of this fascinating bit of niche electronics history.
